How do I pay my rent?
Residents can pay rent online through the Resident Center App using a Credit Card/Debit Card or by using a routing number and bank account number.
Can I make my rent payment in the office?
We accept money orders for rent payment in the office. Money orders should be made payable to JNF Properties. Office hours will be posted soon!
What is the fee for paying online?
The fee for paying through the Resident Center is 2.99% plus $3 for credit card and debit card payments. The fee is $3 for paying with a bank account number and routing number.
How long does it take for online payments to process?
Credit card payment process the same day. Debit and bank account payments usually take 2-3 business days to process through your bank.
